Group Winners (and runners up) to be determined as follows :-
i)     No. of Wins by the team.
ii)    If any teams have the same no. of wins, then the number of individual matches won will be used to determine who progresses.
iii)    In the unlikely event that teams are still equal, then the result when the teams met will be used.

Note: From ii) above it is important to follow the instruction on the result card that "each of the nine sets are to show a result" as a 6-3 win is better than a 5-0 win.
